| Late abstracts |

The submission for poster abstracts is closed but a late poster session will be provided on-site. Please note that these late poster abstracts will not be listed in the printing materials (program booklet, abstract book) or in the online program. The titles of these abstracts will be assembled on a flyer which will be part of the congress bags. If you are interested in presenting a poster to the mentioned conditions please contact the meeting's secretariat by e-mail (info@glia2017.eu). Please be aware that the first author needs to be registered and only one late poster per participant is allowed.

It is only possible to submit one abstract per participant. The registered participant is automatically the first author and will be the presenting author of the poster.

Abstract editing is possible free of charge until the deadline for abstract submission and early registration, i.e. February 1, 2017. After February 1, 2017 a handling fee of 15,00 € will be charged for each further abstract editing. The final deadline for abstract editing is Monday, March 20, 2017.
Participants who would like to change their abstract after February 1, 2017 are asked to send an e-mail to the meeting secretariat (info@glia2017.eu) to get further information how to proceed.

Please also note the general information for registration and abstract submission.
